I used chicken breast instead (2oz - 60cals) and 1/4 cup of mexican cheese (monterey/chedder - 100 cals) and then made the salsa (15 cals) like you said. YUMM!!! Ended up being 200 cals instead of 250. Gonna make it a family favorite...and was so easy to make...Thanks…
  • just checked and it has only 2 grams of sugar and 140 cals...i get chocolate and it tastes good too
  • I've been taking Pure Protein (buy at Target) for breakfast (with water) and it has helped me lose weight and keep me full for a few hours. Increasing your protein intake can help...from my experience. Hope this helps.

  • We all have good days and bad ones...don't let it get you down. I am totally in the same boat as you but we have to train ourselves to start eating the veggies and fruits so we CAN get to our goals! Don't give up...you CAN do this!

  • I know what you mean...but don't worry, its muscle that your gaining along with losing the fat. Remember that muscles weigh more than fat so just keep going...good luck
