Breast cancer treatments caused most of mine, slowly losing it which is great.

You can change your settings so that any workouts from your Apple Watch automatically update on myfitnesspal. Go to the health app on your iPhone, click Sources, myfitnesspal, then scroll down and switch on Workouts (and anything else you want to auto update).

Hi I'm 33 and live just outside Newcastle upon Tyne. I'm a mammy to a 3 year old and 1 1/2 year old, and work full time so am constantly juggling my time. I want to lose 2 stones, I lost 9lbs a good while ago but lost my mojo and have put it all back on. Time to get back to my fitness pal again and get the weight back off!…
