@MarissaBlevins220 Glad to have a partner on this journey. I am very much a newbie to running also, and very slow. The biggest factor I found with running 90% of it is a head game. Today was a run day, have a sore hip that is holding me back a little. Stretching, chiropractor and massage. Have a great day.

Hello Was looking for a group to be accountable to for BR. I have made it to week 9 a year and a half ago then I got started running and ran my first half marathon. After this accomplishment I just stopped everything and lived life. Now I have gained weight, lost muscle and feel blah. So starting back with BR this week and…

Still far from goal. But I can tell you what is worth it to me in my 20 lbs lost. Being able to bend over and buckle my snowboard (didn't snowboard for 5 yrs because I was to fat and out of shape.) , heck tie my shoes. Climb up stairs with out huffing and puffing. My biggest thing is lack of aches and pains, my back, hip,…

It is definitely a challenge. I work 12- hr night shift, with an hour drive each way. It has taken me a long time to find what works for me. I plan my meals for the week by cooking large batches of food one day and freezing them in single serving containers. Being prepared and knowing what I am gonna eat for the night is…

Hi Ladies on my first week of body rev. My hubby is doing the workouts with me except the cardio days (Which is nice since I have never had a workout buddy before, he also is very out of shape. He has committed to 4 days a week with me.). I have about 110 pounds to lose and struggle with each one. I am notorious for…

Am on week 1 day 5. My husband is doing it with me (not the cardio days though) Which is nice since I need support and someone to kick my butt when I don't want to press play. LessthenKris what kind of results did you see. I am assuming they must of been pretty good since you are doing a second round.

would love to join you on this journey. I am on week 2 day 3 so a little ahead but not by much. So far loving the fact that it is 30 mins so I can fit it in even on the crazy days.

On week one day 4. Also love thats its 30 mins, I work overnights and a lot of overtime right now and 30 mins is doable. I did not expect to be so sore. but my upper back and inner thighs are killing me. Also need to work on those lunges with a twist need balance.
