Hey, all!! March weather has been more like February thus far. Can’t complain, though, because it’s been a mild winter. Down 1.5 lbs this week. The universe seems to have gotten the message that I’m serious about this weight loss thing😂

I am proud of me. Yesterday I didn’t feel like doing my scheduled cardio, so this am I got up & did my scheduled lifting AND my scheduled cardio. Plus, I burned more calories😄

I had to explain to my 23-year-old that the city doesn't provide hot water to houses, so if there's no hot water at his father's, it's probably because he didn't pay the gas bill. In line with churning butter: next week, thrashing wheat (which I better google.....). :D

New lifting routine this week. So far adhering to 3 cardio, 3 weightlifting days. I actually threw out Gordon Food Service sugar cookie dough this week cuz I kept getting into them. I view it as a win & not a waste of money. One less form of temptation in the house:)

I had an extremely stressful day on Sunday & stupidly went to the grocery store starving & stressed. I managed to peruse the Valentine Day candy aisle without buying anything!!

Bought new fleece lined pants at Costco-size medium. Figured they’d be slightly snug. I was surprised to find they’re slightly big in the waist & ever so slightly loose in the hips. I am VERY pleased 😀

I can pull my bigger size jeans off without unbuttoning or unzipping them. My next size down jeans are beginning to fit nicely at my waist.

I've recommitted to losing the 20 lbs I had regained after losing 65. I'm back. I'm in the right mindset. My mantra is: I love taking care of me :)
