That I signed up and completed 4 swims this week. And that I was legit only a few strokes from going the whole way underwater in the pool on one breath. I will do that soon!14

Lol My Armpits are innies again instead of outies. Hooray for fat loss.24

Instead of panicking about my problem with snacking in the evening, I moved the time I take my ADHD meds so I have willpower in the evening. (I still will have a problem if I stay up till midnight, but I don't plan to do that.) I feel better about my ability to solve the weight-loss problem.20

I've recommitted to losing the 20 lbs I had regained after losing 65. I'm back. I'm in the right mindset. My mantra is: I love taking care of me21

Congratulations, Solieco1. I bet you are looking great! I also bet you were enjoying that beach in your picture, too.
That is what I am looking forward too, also. I have NEVER weighed less than my husband, but I am getting closer! I am 4 lbs from getting below obese, and 8 lbs from weighing the same as he weighs. We have been married 44 years.
He is not one to compliment me much, but a few days ago he actually said "You are really looking great! Are you at the lowest weight you have been as an adult?" And the answer I gave him was, "Yes"

Walking with the dog last night - was planning on three miles - came across an open gate which gave me access to a big area with no traffic - so I added another mile. Finished in the dark, but it was safe. Gotta' seize the opportunities when you can.25

Being able to ignore the many chocolates, salty sweets that are still hanging around from our Christmas/Holiday stash.

Moved a notch on my belt.18

Just bought and fit into the first size 10 jeans I've owned in over a decade!!23

I realized that the pants I was wearing today, which used to be uncomfortably tight while sitting, but wearable, are slightly loose! I walked 4miles outside in them, and I kept having to adjust them.18

I survived a week at home without a working food scale! Everything in my kitchen gets weighed even when I'm not logging. Measuring my portions daily keeps me from portion size creep.17
-
I finally did it today! I made it all the way across the pool on one breath underwater. Not only once but twice!!!!! Been working on that for a while now.34

Leaning over the dishwasher and feeling my bra slide around ever so slightly. Made me really happy.11

Two weeks ago I had to lie down to zip my jeans. No problem zipping them this morning.
And my shoulders are starting to hurt, because my bra band isn't tight enough any more to support the "huge tracts of land".21 -
This is most likely a very noob NSV but....yesterday and today I finally started to get some control over my eating portions and get to walking more.39

Not sure if this is an NSV, but you know when something just clicks? Like, trying to lose the same 10-15 lbs all last year and not really believing it would happen, but kind of going through the motions and getting nowhere? Well, I felt a shift Dec 27, just mentally preparing for 2021 to be a new beginning. I just KNOW something is different, It’s happening! And having that little bit of hope again is everything. I can’t go back now and it’s been exhilarating 😊27

Today I was able to do some leg curls on my weight bench, lying face down! Before this I'd had a fat pad keeping me from comfortably lying on my stomach, especially on a firm surface. But I was able to do that and curl to my heart's content. My belly is still there, but it's really deflated compared to what it used to be!
Also I just thought of another one. Yesterday I tried out some Pilates moves and found that they were so much easier than ever before. I was able to do a side plank without much issue other than the cats climbing all over me wondering what I was doing on the floor.17 -
i have kept my weight off 40 lbs for past 2.5 years, no one comments on it any more but today a lady at the gym said, you are a good size, you dont need to lose weight, made me feel good.28

I can take half the credit for assembling our new elliptical over the weekend, and it was a full NSV for using it for 30 minutes today. Woohoo!24

I completed week 1 of None 2 Run!16

I'd saved a very favorite pair of jeans from about 18 years ago. I haven't been able to squeeze in to them in at least 15 years. A couple of weeks ago I found them in the way back of my closet and thought "what the heck, might as well try them on", just knowing they still wouldn't fit. THEY'RE TOO BIG NOW!! Made my day. ;}
(down 81 lbs and counting--12 more to go!37 -
When my son drives my car, he puts the seat up closer to the steering wheel - and almost always forgets to put it back to where I have it. When that happens and I get in, I nearly die - my fat stomach gets smooshed up against the steering wheel, ugh, it's awful and embarrassing.
THE BATTLE IS OVER! I no longer have to move the seat - and I have at least 2 inches to spare! OMG, this is such an awesome feeling both physically and mentally!44 -
I can put tennis shoes on without having to put my foot up on a chair now and when I sit in the passenger seat in our van, the seatbelt doesn’t lock up on me simply because I moved around a bit: I take up less space! 🎉🎉🎉19

Today I entered the world of selfies. I nearly cried. I took a picture of myself and thought, "She's pretty. The girl in this picture is pretty." Not "as *close* to pretty as I'm ever going to get", not "my hair looks okay I guess" or "this could be worse". I actually feel like, at least in this picture, I'm pretty. I still lack so much confidence in myself but I feel it growing, little by little, and I can't wait to hold my head high.42

I wore a shirt last week that I haven't worn in a year or more because it was too tight. It fits great now.25

I finally fit into something other than my old maternity jeans.17

I'm starting to be more comfortable with being a little hungry at times. That used to be an anxiety/binge trigger for me, so the fact that I can say, "Yes, I'm hungry, but dinner will be ready in forty minutes, I can make it just fine," is a pretty big deal to me. At some point I want to try IF and see how it works for me, but not until I get this hunger/binge trigger sanded down more.29

I had a virtual doctor's appointment today. When I told her how much weight I lost she had me repeat it, then said 'that's a lot of weight to lose in such a short time." For reference, I'd lost just a smidge under 60 pounds since mid-May. I had MFP set for 1 pound per week, but the overachiever in me took the wheel. Slowing it WAY down now, but it's nice to have it reaffirmed that I've come a long way.18

I set up a pull up bar a few months ago. At my heaviest weight @ 250. I could always crank out 2 reps, because my upper body still has decent strength. Today 20.6lbs lighter, I went up to the bar to crank out 2. I tried for 3 like I always do, (and normally fail), and boom. 3 solid pull ups.
I was so excited I went back an hour later and did it again.
After work I went and did it a 3rd time! Now I'm thinking of starting a thing where I add 3 pullups to the amount I did the day before every day.

I got up this morning and walked for 15 minutes first thing! My goal is to eventually wake up earlier & walk/jog longer, but I am a chronic snoozer and have so much trouble getting up early in the mornings, especially working from home. Baby steps!!26
