I've been doing this on and off for a few weeks now! I don't see a difference but I can feel my butt and thighs getting stronger kind of! I have been doing it every other day, and doing 6 week 6 pack on the other days. Do you think this is enough to get results??

Try the "Anti Candida Diet" or something similar to it. When I did this, it was actually hard to make 1200 calories a day, and I never felt hungry. Or just cut out all grains and sugars, and starch vegetables completely.
