True love is hard to find, sometimes you think you have true love and then you catch the early flight home from San Diego and a couple of nude people jump out of your bathroom blindfolded like a goddamn magic show ready to double team your girlfriend... Mitch - Old School

Good choice, that's been my go to breakfast for the last few months. I see no reason why it would matter when it's mixed. You could always make it just before leaving for work, takes me about 2 minutes including weighing & mixing.

No pictures yet. I lost 40 pounds in the last +- 5 months with no gym or cardio, other than the 4 miles I walked one day this month.

Wow. I should try not to think when tired, my last brain cell doesn't function too well. :embarassed: I'm going to wear a dunce cap when cooking from now on. Thanks.

That's exactly what I did, but I assume it's going to be more calorie dense after losing a good bit of moisture from cooking?

When I get down to my goal weight, I'm going to drink all of my favorite heavy beers and eat nothing but peanut butter right out of the jar for 1 day... Then get back to my goal weight again...

Sounds delicious, thanks for the ideas. When I first tried it, I was scared it wasn't going to mix well (like when I half-*kitten* mixing it with milk and it's all clumped up and nasty). I'm glad I was wrong.

Lately I've been having: 1 cup plain fat free greek yogurt 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (mixed well with yogurt) 1/2-1 cup frozen berries 1/2oz granola 1/2oz almonds Around 500 cals & 55+ grams of protein.

Not sure what I'm supposed to do, but...I'm in.

Lol, yeah I know. I can make time to go the gym, I'm sure I'd get results and be even happier with my body. But I just do not want to at this point. I'm surprised I've been doing so well dropping lbs and sticking to the diet changes. I wish quitting nicotine & not being lazy were as easy for me.

Thanks everyone.

Ban them. Think of the children!

A few months ago, I'd guesstimate between 3k-4kmg daily. Now I'm trying (and usually struggling) to keep it around 2k.

28, no kids, never married. I tend to not rush things that are likely to ruin my life.
