My first goal is to weigh 150lbs.. I'm 5'5, 20 years old and my starting weight on the 5th of November 2015 was 207lbs! Today I'm weighing in at 174.6lbs, so 32lbs down so far and 24.6 to go! I'm hoping to reach goal by 24/05/16 - my 21st birthday! Anybody similar feel free too add!

Haha that's true! It's not very scenic around where I live but a 25 minute car drive gets me to some beautiful places.. Good for weekend walks :) 01/02 - 14,862 steps (10.12km/6.29 miles) 02/02 - 10,853 steps ( 7.39km/4.59 miles)

I'm in :) I live in Scotland so the weather is often dreadful... Makes it that bit harder to get my steps up! 01/02 - 14,862 steps (10.12km/6.29 miles) 02/02 - 3,410 (2:23pm) I'll update when the day is completed :)

You're three weeks in, eat your cheesecake and enjoy it! A lot of people have a weekly treat so after three weeks you're definitely entitled to it :) Don't stop yourself having treats if you really really want them, they're still fine in moderation! And if you think about it that way you'll find it easier to keep it up.…

Day 67, down 30lbs in total! (I was healthy eating for a while before I started logging again) I HIGHLY recommend this app, it's the one and only way that I've managed to lose any weight :) Been struggling with it since I was around 16/17 and I'm finally making a change at nearly 21! Feels good.

You girls have all done wonderfully! I'm 5'5 and my highest known weight was 207lbs (I'd been dieting and exercising for ten days prior to this weight so I dunno true highest..) but I have a slight apron. Only slight! What are the chances of it never going away now? I'm now 177lbs and it's still there :(

Completely depends on the person, their weight, age, determination etc etc :) I started my weight loss journey on the 7th of November at 207lbs, I weighed in at 186.2 this morning, December 29th. 20.8lbs down in less than two months, but for someone else this may take one, or it may take six.

Always looking for motivational new friends :)

returning to mfp after a long time eating absolute rubbish! I managed to put 80lbs on or so and I've still got 65 left to lose to get to where I left off! Tomorrow marks my third week healthy eating and exercising ☺️ so, anybody who can provide support or inspiration please add me! We're all in the same boat here :) thanks

It may feel like its a set back but if you're still losing weight it's definitely not - nothing can stop you! The good thing is you've not given up due to the injury so just pick yourself up and carry on :) start with small walks - ANY form of exercise is better than nothing! Good luck x

Thanks very much! 60lbs to go, lets smash it!

Happy to help :) I've only recently re-joined and I'm down 6.6lbs this week! Add me if you'd like!

I wish I could feel your pain. After 14-20lbs of weight loss I went from a 32F to a 32G.. The back of my bra is too big though so dropping to a 30G as soon as i find somewhere that does bras in that size :(
