I've gone from 207lbs to 144.4 as of this morning.. 130-135 would be ideal for me so again, same boat! I've only managed to lose 5lbs since June 2016 :(

Well done on the weight loss! Yes there are plans, but probably after Christmas! My gym recently hiked my membership up quite a lot so I'll wait until I have some spare change before I buy another - then I might start lifting! :)

I have an app called "monitoryourweight" where I pop in my daily weight so I can track fluctuations, and I log my weight each Saturday on MyFitnesspal :) I don't know why I've chosen Saturday to be honest!

My first goal is to weigh 150lbs.. I'm 5'5, 20 years old and my starting weight on the 5th of November 2015 was 207lbs! Today I'm weighing in at 174.6lbs, so 32lbs down so far and 24.6 to go! I'm hoping to reach goal by 24/05/16 - my 21st birthday! Anybody similar feel free too add!
