I recommend for starters the 30 day shread :) then when you get more strong and fit, do the 'Banish fat boost metabolism' workout. Goes for 45 mins. It's a killer but you will see results almost straight away!!

Sorry I am eating 1200 net calories a day so I am eating back my exercise calories. I try to ensure that I don't starve myself.

My transformation so far :) I wouldn't say hot, I still have some work to do. My heaviest I've ever been is 95kgs/209lbs in 2009. It's been a long battle but this year I started in February and so far I've lost 13.5 kgs so far. I am trying to tone up and build muscle and hopefully by the end of the year I will be confident…

Nah because weight fluctuates everyday, only weigh myself the same time same day each week then it's more accurate.

Honestly, I used to play online pc games all of the time during my adolescence, and never knew anything about calories or starvation so I used to eat whatever and whenever I wanted to without ANY exercise. I'm now 19 and only just realised what I'm oing to do and how I'm going to overcome it.... good diet and exercise

Good question, I am confused too. I exercise and try and eat less calories but apparently I don't eat enough... I feel bad if I feel like I'm eating heaps especially if I'm trying to lose weight and if I eat 4 or more times a day.

I've never worn proper bathers like a bikini or one piece. I'm REALLY looking forward to this summer, hopefully I will be confident to do it this year.
