  • Very tough goal, but if you set intermediate goals of 20 pounds at a time, it may make things a little easier. I only had 20 pounds to lose, but set 5 pound increments just the same, and it worked. Good luck, and remember to think of it not as losing 100 pounds but lengthening and improving your life!:flowerforyou:
