I'm in the UK too and I agree with this! I'm nowhere near the 11st mark yet (13.5lbs to go) I went down to 11st quite a few years ago and really want to get to below that this time. It is really difficult getting my head round breaking that barrier!

Thanks for all the responses guys. I definitely think exercise to relieve stress would help me, I always better after the gym or a walk. Yesterday I went for a nice walk in the woodlands and it really helped. When I look back I can definitely see that I have improved my habits but it just takes something like this forums…

A colleague complimented me on my glasses today. I don't normally wear them full time as I used to feel I had a round face and almost all glasses looked too small. So I took the plunge and have starting wearing them (everything now looks HD lol!). The compliment was definitely a confidence boost and I know they now fit…

Not a success yet, still a bit to go. I don't have any proper before photos, I wish I had!. the first pic I'd already lost around 10-15lbs. These were taken 2 years apart.

I've been on and off MFP for over 2 years, I lost 20lbs in around 3 months and sort of plateaued for a while then stopped logging and ended up gaining a few pounds. Only just started up again properly a month ago and have lost 7.5lbs in that time :) Good luck with your journey, 33lbs lost is great!

I am 5'8.5 and used to weigh 192, currently 170. Aiming for 150 but I have been struggling for the past year and just maintained! Looking for motivation also :smile:

Hope this works as first time posting a pic! This was not my biggest and I'm just over half way to my goal. Around 20lbs and 2 years difference (lost the weight over 8 months or so though). I never thought my face looked any different until I compared the 2!

I was actually just searching for a thread like this and I saw this just started - although I am interested in peoples measurements too... Anyway, I'm 5'8.5 my goal is 160lb, start weight 192lb. I would like to eventually go lower - more like 145 - 150lb but 160lb is where I feel ok about myself.

I'm on the first week of phase 2, which is hard! I definitely feel a lot fitter. I've only lost 4lb but plenty of inches: After 5 weeks: Waist - 2.5" Hips - 2.25" Thighs - 1.5" off each I haven't followed the meal plan but have increased my protein intake/ eating healthier and am eating around 1900-2000 calories a day.

Height 5'8" Age 25, female Highest weight: around 192lb, could have been more Current weight 187lb Lowest weight: around 155lb - I felt comfortable and looked good at this weight, I was also quite toned Goal weight: 150- 160lb, depending how I feel when I get there!
