Just made a batch. Nom, nom, nom. Both me and hubby LOVED them. Unbelieaveable that they contain chickpeas. Will make a batch for him to take into work when he goes back after the holidays, see if they can guess what the main ingredient is !

Unfortunately still too high in calories to squeeze into my typical day.

Just made these and When they came out the oven they didn't look too appetising, I thought I must have done something wrong! But I'v just tasted them and they are gorgeous!

Thanks for posting this recipe - I will be trying more like this.

Mine came out at per cookie:
120 cal
9 carb
8 fat
4 protein

Based on 14 cookies (I halved the recipe and made 7)
