The difiene is an anti inflammatory, its doing a good job as im in less pain now. I've been swimming a few days also . I hate not knowing and I really miss my run :-( I t doesn't really hurt to do anything . 'Ive thought about pilates but should probably find out the problem first Thanks for the replys

Also had knee problems , had my gait assesses and found I pronate(sp) when running so need arch support in my runners. Haven't had an ache in my knees since.

Davina's three 30 min workout dvd is good If im having a lazy day ill do one 30 min session on a good day I might do two. Burn about 250-280 cals per session

Can exercise calories be banked for the weekend or is that binging ? Yesterday ate 1200 cals but did 400cals of exercise so I ate 800 cals yesterday ...............why was I not starving.

Make your success a belated wedding gift to yourself........ Get out everyday for some exercise and fresh air,on your walk bring one problem and think it over and don't bring the problem home just the solution.Start with small things that bother you then move up to the big one. Good luck.
