I am looking to purchase a new pair of running shoes. I have had problems with my knees when I run. I wear a brace, which seems to help, but I was just wondering if anyone had suggestions on a good supportive pair of running shoes?

Running shoes are personal for everyone - go to a running store and get properly fitted for your foot and gait. There is no right or wrong answer.

This. You need shoes that are right for you. Find a running store and tell them honestly about your knees. Bring the brace with you, and the running shoes you're wearing now.
  • Also had knee problems , had my gait assesses and found I pronate(sp) when running so need arch support in my runners. Haven't had an ache in my knees since.
