I've been living Paleo since July... LOTS of free books on Amazon relating to the Paleo lifestyle. I've learned so much in a short amount of time about my own body. I have finally found a lifestyle that makes me healthier and that I can live with! Wish you all the best! :D :)

Amen to that Sweetie! There is no "FAST FIX" to this problem. I can attest to that. :D

I LOVE Peanut Butter so much that when I found a jar of PB2 (powdered peanut butter) at Whole Foods Market - I had to try it! A 2 tbsp serving is 45 calories and only 1 g fat. I use it in smoothies, make a sandwich, just like peanut butter! LOVE IT!!

:flowerforyou: Treat yourself honey... :D I did my hair in a nice and easy dark blonde this morning! That's a reward for me... I have clothes a size smaller - for when I can use them - then when I am at my goal... I will reward myself with new clothing. But... yard sales and stuff until then!!! And any kind of reward is…

I got a set on Ebay for about 70 bucks total, 4 DVD's and sticks, nice set. Not used to doing it yet but I'm looking forward to getting better at it. LOL Called "Zumba Fitness".

laughing cow cheese wedges!! WASA crackers should be good with that too...

I put a tablespoon of craisins and chopped walnuts in it and I use Truvia as sweetner. I love it like this, also, it tastes better made with skim milk. I eat oatmeal at least 3-4 x a week. HOpe that helps you out! U can substitute any dry fruit you like for the craisins, e.g. blueberries, strawberries, etc. :flowerforyou:

:flowerforyou: We were designed to eat "whole foods" as God had created them to be received with Thanksgiving... oh, I feel so much better when I eat that way. All this processed stuff is harsh on the body. Have a great day everyone!

I'm with you there sweetie... 16's on up to 2 XL for me. I have kept my fav stuff and I've decided I'm doing Goodwill or Flea Markets to find what I need until I get to the right size for my frame. I have NO IDEA what that is, it has been soooo long!! LOL

If it is in reference to Biblical eating - the "clean" food list is in the book of Leviticus Ch. 11 I've read "The Maker's Diet" by Jordan Rubin. Very good read. Also, I like to stay as close to natural as possible. All very good comments here... :flowerforyou:

Prune juice at bedtime may help. It's naturally sweet. HOpe you feel better soon sweetie.

I've had to cut them out too - just a day or two now. I hold too way too much fluid from all the sodium and preservatives. My legs actually show it! My weight loss is not what it needs it to be... so therefore, no Lean Cuisines or any frozen dinners. I took a sweet potato to work today and it was just delicious.... So, I…

Well, gals... I've not seen my "friend" in over a year... lol I'm going through the peri-menopause. I promise I still feel that way at times! Some days I get really bad cravings for certain types of food. I guess we could possibly be in a hormonal shift one way or the other.....

I've had a really good giggle over this one... thank you very much!

Just a visit with my kids... my son-in-law is excited about wearing his "cheese" hat... he's a Green Bay Packers fan....;o) The cupcakes with the green buttercream icing look good but I know I can pass that up now... whoop whoop!!

I totally agree with ajweekley... the "standard" American diet is a BIG part of our problem with weight control. Massive portions at restaurants is what we are served. It makes keeping your weight down very hard because you almost start to believe you are supposed to eat this way! I try to leave half on my plate when I go…
