I have PCOS. Have always found losing weight difficult. I am currently taking metformin to try to regulate my cycles. The doctos thinks that with a low calorie diet i should be able to lose some.

Tbh i would see what the calories are from. For example, i've had a few days this week where i've been over around 100 calories...but i've had 250-300 calories worth of fruit...so my thinking is that actually fruit and veg are both good for you and on many diets are actually "free" food and don't count as anything in that…

I'm a teacher so have positioned the two i have where they can be hidden when i work. One is on my left shoulder and one is across the top of my back.

What about left overs from main meal? Anything like stir fry/spag bol/stew packed full of veg etc can be reheated. I try to do that to avoid having too much bread and get bored of salad.

In 7 days i lost 5.4lbs. I guess it depends how dramatically different your eating habits are to what they were before. If it's only small changes it seems a lot, but mine was quite a bit change so expected to lose a bit and was happy with that.

Same here. My Mum was always large and people would make comments ie other kids. I would only put with so much then go for them. Don't feel bad. Kids are horrible and probably use it because they know it winds him up. He loves you and he knows you love him and that's all that matters. You've going well losing weight so…
