hey I like a brew myself. Keep it within your calorie count and you should be fine. No Guilt you still have enjoy life ya know. Workout an extra hour or so that week you do have a beer.

GOOD BALANCE IS BEST APPROACH. Ido my strength training for about 60 minutes then do my cardio afterward. Reason is they say doing strength training firstboosts your metabolism turn burn fat when doing cardio. Also cardio first would make it so you do not reach full potential for lifting weights.

try not too only lying to yourself in the end. If you choose the right food you feel full. And you can cheat but right it down just to see what you can maybe cut out what you wont notice. Shaving 50 cals here or 100 there can add up. Watch the condiments and sauces they are killers.

also I am a nurse and a carb is carb no matter the definition of simpl or complex. The whole grain tends to make you feel fuller thus you hopefully eat less. wondering that myself. I do 60 minutes of continous hi rep lifting with little rest between sets. my heart increases. I break a sweat. but no calorie input into my goals. there must be a way to figure it out!

I do the same with the veggies, steamed. OMG! That menu is incredible sounds great. hard to believe you can eat that and still lose. I can tell you never get bored with your food choices.

Thanks for the tip. Just got turned onto this by a co worker. working out the kinks. And yes it is well earned I am breaking a sweat so I know its getting my metabolic rate up. They say lifting before doing cardio actually increases your weight loss. We will see....

Olympic set is way to go, I love mine. My bench is versatile so Ican do shoulder presses along with incline and decline bench press. I also love the solid hex dumbells I bought.
