Has anyone heard of the Food Lovers Diet Plan? It is suppose to boost your metbolism. Will I be wasting my money?
Need some suggestions especially to lower sodium. Extra protein is good for the lifting but not sodium. I am eating very healthy and Iam under in calories everyday.

I keep getting under in my caloric goals. Usually by 800 or so on work out days. I was told it was a bad thing because my body will go into starvation mode. But I am feeling full and not hungry. Good or Bad for me?
