Has anyone heard of the Food Lovers Diet Plan? It is suppose to boost your metbolism. Will I be wasting my money?

protein and sodium are of the charts HELP!
Need some suggestions especially to lower sodium. Extra protein is good for the lifting but not sodium. I am eating very healthy and Iam under in calories everyday.

bad weekend man got some food issues!
have been doing so well then came saturday nught. had a whole small grilled buffalo chicken pizza to myself. I also was unable to get to gym. Disgusted!

cheat day with family is it bad?
I have one bad day where I go over my calorie goal. It is usually saturday with the family. I try to keep it healthy but go over my goal. During the week I am pretty much under my goal and workout 5 days a week. Is this going to prevent my goal . Is acheat day a good or bad thing? Does anybody else do this and are they…

getting under in caloric goals? good or bad?
I keep getting under in my caloric goals. Usually by 800 or so on work out days. I was told it was a bad thing because my body will go into starvation mode. But I am feeling full and not hungry. Good or Bad for me?
