I love how people got so defensive. I think keeping it open to friends not only keeps you accountable but gives other people ideas of what to eat. Or they can see how sometimes you can mix bad food in and still have an okay day. Or How you can have a slice of pizza and control yourself.

As for working out, I'm will have a very hard time I sprained my ankle. But I still want to try and stick to a diet. Not that I was not on it before but when you work out you can eat more. So this will def be a challenge through the next few weeks. I rolled it pretty good.

I was doing so well but I sprained my ankle so I will have to take my self out till it heals. This is a very sad day.

I went on a 3 month summer break still maintaining what I lost. When I went off at the end of may I was 203 then starting back last monday I was at 207 so not to bad, I have already knocked that weight off. It really helped me to take a break. Good luck with what ever you choose.

We did a 40 min very fast walk/ jog, we did 2.6 miles. It was a good day. I was wore out when we got back.

If you can't do push-ups do another forms of them. Someone mentioned wall push ups. Do them on your knees or lay down all the way and do them fast, more of a cadio push up. If you want to keep it off, i would not do slim fast all the way. But it does help when you in a pinch. Walking out the door and you forgot to eat or it will be time to eat while your running your errands. So once a day yes, but if you looking to keep the weight off I would not recommend this.
