Hi all! I’m still classed as petite at about 5’1”-5’2” tried the goal of 1200 a day but just couldn’t stick to it, I also have the appetite of someone much taller!!! Now on 1490 which is actually much more motivating as it is much more achievable, only been going for a week so will update if it’s working or if I need to go…

I'm diagnosed coeliac and in the UK our coeliac society does not say eating grass fed is necessary. Disclaimer - I'm now vegetarian but have never had any issues nor know anyone else that has had issues after eating meat without knowing it's source and therefore presumably it was grain fed. Hope this helps! :)

I do this basically everyday, makes me hate myself but I tell myself I can't stop the cravings, I just need to break the habit once and for all I know :/

5'2" here, although recently when measured i was 5'1.6" hope im not shrinking, only 20 haha. 124lbs down from 139lbs. Not really sure what i'm aiming for - just to be happy in a bikini! Maybe another 10lbs ish? :)
