  • I have found that when I limit my calories too much (1200-1300) or start with strenuous exercise, the scale is much slower to move. Are you measuring as well? That may help you track non scale progress.
  • I've been drinking sleepy time tea TOO! It really helps me to be drinking something before bed, because it's a ritual.

  • I had a challenging time transitioning from a "typical" breakfast or no breakfast to including veggies for breakfast. I prefer my breakfast veggies to be cooked. My recent favorites being sautéed greens and mushrooms and making a frittata with egg whites and feta cheese. I also love sautéed greens, sweet potatoes, onions,…

  • Would love to be added to anyone's friends List! Im 33 and 225lbs. I have been very intermittent about my use of MFP since joining with this account in 2013. The proof is my depressing MFP graph showing a 50 lb gain in that time. I have lost weight before with MFP and would love to that again. Consistency is a challenge so…
  • When my son first went to preschool, I read through the agreements relating to food and followed everything to the letter. I didn't include any snacks or treats because it was so strictly worded. That is until I went to his class during lunch time and saw all the crap the kids were eating. Half of the kids just had…
  • I decided long ago that weight loss isnt worth it if you're miserable and end up quitting! Moderation is a great way to go! Maybe we should calculate what we'd save from downsizing our drinking and turn it into fitness/healthy eating Incentives. If there's one thing that will get through to my thick skull it's saving money.
