I used to think I could never find a sports bra that would actually fit me and do the job. I also love cottage cheese with pineapple! My cottage cheese fail was kiwi and cottage cheese - I look back now wondering what I was thinking. Made it in the morning and took it to work for lunch and the cottage cheese almost curdled - I still have nightmares thinking about that.

I have the fitbit one and I love mine! It's really helped me to stay active by seeing how much I've been moving during the day and I love getting the weekly progress reports. It's totally possible, you just have to commit to it. I've lost 18 pounds since January by tracking what I eat and working out with videos I find on YouTube. I still have one cheat meal per week, and make sure that all the other food that I'm eating that day is healthy so I'm not blowing the day away.

I've also started C25K quite a few times and after the first week I sort of lose interest. I've had a treadmill at home for about a year now and it's collected more dust than it's been used.
