Last month I aimed for 300 km cycling and ended up getting 264.6 km, this month I'm aiming for 200 km, which I'm expecting to be pretty challenging to reach because work is going to be pretty crazy this month. New here, I think it would be really fun to add a level of challenge like this. According to my smartwatch I walked 48km (30 miles) and cycled 281km (175 miles) in June. In July I'd like to reach 100 km (62 miles) walking and 300 km (186 miles) cycling. July 1: 8.8 km cycling done, 291.2 to go!

I've actually started watching TV shows when I'm on my stationary bike.. a 40 minute show ends up being a 10+ mile bike ride so I still get to enjoy my favorite programs but don't end up feeling bored or lazy.. works for me :smiley:
