Low carb muffin "sandowch" , usually hard cheese on top, with a lot of coffee! If I'm in a hurry, 2 eggs scrambled cooked in the microwave.

I don't have an answer, but would really like to know! I am about 10lbs away from goal now, and adding in a few carbs (i.e. brown rice and extra veggies).

Hi Jane, Perhaps you could post your question in the low-carb area of the forum. There's a lot of very knowlegeable and experienced low-carbers on there. I am baffled as I had always thought that low-carb was supposed to lower bad cholesterol :-( Hope you get an answer. Tracey

@cramernh I hope so - though knowing my luck it will be garlic bread! @metal_beau I am going to double up at the gym tomorrow and the following day. If the carb bloat isn't too debilitating! Thanks both of you :-)

Hi everyone, I'm doing low carb and love how it makes me feel. Full of energy, rarely hungry and totally in control. Sad thing is I am not losing any weight!! However I am losing inches, am less bloated and my BP and cholesterol are way better so I will stick with it! I think perhaps I need to weigh my "low carb/high cal"…
