  • I'd love to join you guys...I'm 2 days in :-) Day 1, 10/27: 1 hour personal training, 9,152 steps Day 2, 10/28: 90 minutes tennis, 10,678 steps One day at a time!
  • I'm starting 21 Day Fix tomorrow...I did the eating plan only part a few months ago (I had a herniated disc in my back so couldn't do the workouts), but am excited to do the full program now!
  • I did the eating plan only a while ago (I had a herniated disk in my back so couldn't work out) and had great results. Planning to start again tomorrow with workouts and eating plan...just spent my morning looking up more meal ideas :-) It's time to be done with the excuses!!!
  • Hi all! I had to take 2 rest days this week (Wed and Thurs) because of a terrible chest cough. So I'm a couple days behind, but I got Total Body Circuit in yesterday, Abs today and am planning my for tomorrow. I weighed in this morning and was down 5 lbs!!! I so excited...and motivated! How did week 1 go for all of you?
  • I started T25 yesterday too! I'm a mom to 3 boys, and after massive abdominal surgery and 3 pregnancies, I have about 50lbs to lose. I've never been good about working out, but have done the first two days and am loving it! I've heard such great success stories...here's hoping!!! How did your first 2 days go?
