Most recent NSV is buying a size 12 dress, haven't been that size since before having my son 6 years ago! On top of that I wore the dress a couple weeks later and it is now a little loose. Everywhere I go wearing it I receive compliments on how good I look in it

I don't have pictures, but I found good cardio workouts followed by stomach crunches and full sit ups help. Days that I don't do this my tummy becomes more rounded so for me that is what works. Since having my son my tummy has become a lot more jiggly and is taking a lot more effort and time to lose the baby flab
