    4/01 ........................................Ran 6.08 miles in 58 minutes (avg pace 9'32"). Remaining time spent walking. Total for day 70 minutes.
    4/02 ....................................... Walked 25 minutes at 3.o pace
    4/03 .......................................Ran 6 miles in 56:51 minutes (avg pace 9'29") then walked an additional 13 minutes. Total for day 70 minutes

    Sure .. too bad there is not a way to show it like we do the daily stuff. I think it will be easy to exercise for 24 hours. Now, I count raking as exercise, It is definitely cardio since it is 40 degrees and I take my coat off. Guess I will not count the cooking.. that only gave me 7 calories and hour! sheesh!

    Vacuuming is pretty good calorie-wise, over 200 in an hour and it is good to show our dogs that we are not intimidated by their hair:)

    24 hours at least this month, if that is too easy, then more in May.

    Imin need some added motivation 3/4 did 60mins zumba toning and circuit training and today doing 60mins swimming so 120 so far

    I'm new here but I'm joining in!
    Want to lose 10kg to start with, maybe 5kg more later.

    01: cycling 1 hour and jiu jitsu 1.25 hours
    02: nothing
    03: wrestling 2.5 hours cycling 1 hour
    04: nothing

    So far: 5.75 hours, 18.25 hours to go!

    Did this last month and didn't make it, but I'm in for another go!
    Doing a weekly challenge as well, so here's my minutes so far. Good luck everyone!

    24hr. = 1440 min.
    04/01 - 95 min. (running, strength training)
    04/02 - 61 min. (running)
    04/03 - 32 min. (strength training)
    04/04 - 63 min. (running)
    04/05 - 35 min (strength training)
    Total min. so far - 286/1440

    Not sure how well this will go. I'm now doing exercises I haven't done in a long time and the time isn't there. My walking that I love I got used to, so I hit a plateau. Now trying something different, but I can't do it as long since I'm just starting out with these things in 30 years.
