24 Hour Challenge - April

Options
I love the 24hr exercise challenge. I don't always make it but I usually exercise more because of this challenge.
Some people are able to go way over and some don't make it but have fun trying. We had phenomenal participation last month!

The challenge is to exercise a total of 24 hours in the month of April... Good luck everybody!

    Joining in! I did a 24 hour challenge in January, and missed the accountability in Feb/Mar.
    Starting for April...

    24 hours = 1440 minutes

    4/1 - 30min run + 26min walk/run w/dd + 60 min session w/personal trainer (116min)

    24 Hour Challenge = 1,440 minutes

    4/01 ........................................Ran 6.08 miles in 58 minutes (avg pace 9'32"). Remaining time spent walking. Total for day 70 minutes.

    4/1 - 30 Mins (Les Mills Combat) and 40 Mins (Zumba) = 70 mins
    4/2 - 45 Mins (Combat)...so far, have a zumba class again at noon. :)
    So far = 115 mins

    1440 - 115 = 1325 mins to go!

    This is my 5th month. Love this challenge :)
    I don't always make it, though.

    4/1 : Yoga 10 mins, Zumba 60 mins, Lifting 10 mins
    4/2 : Zumba 50 mins, Sit-ups 5 mins

    Total : 135 mins
