    Thank you for starting this again. I'm so in! I start school this month so I hope I can complete this challenge like last month!

    04/04 - 120 mins ( boot camp and Zumba class)

    4/1 - 30min run + 26min walk/run w/dd + 60 min session w/personal trainer (116min)
    4/2 - Run (49min)
    4/3 - Yoga (18min)
    4/4 - 109min cycling + 36min run (145min)
    4/5 - Yoga (17min) ...........................so far, will also do a circuit workout later and maybe more yoga

    I'm new here but I'll give it a go.
    24 hours = 1440 minutes

    4/1 - 30 minute (walk)
    4/2 - 60 minutes (circuits and weights)
    4/3 - 30 minutes (24 class)
    4/4 - 60 minutes (hill walk)

    So only 12600 minutes to go and I go away on holiday on Monday for a week! Eeekkk. But plenty of walking in NYC!

    Wow, we are off to a great start this month. So glad to see so many already! Welcome back to those that continue to participate every month and welcome to the new ones - hope you find it as motivating as I do! I didn't make it last month but plan to this month.

    April 5th - Sat. 30min bike, 30min walk (23hrs to go)

    Thanks for the motivation! I accept the challenge. How do we keep track? Honor system?

    We just go to "my topics" and find this thread and post however you want, can post every day or every time you work out, or can come on here once a week and post for the week. However you want.

    04/03 - 107 minutes (treadmill warm up, weight training (legs), elliptical)
    04/04 - Rest Day
    04/05 - 91 minutes (4.45 mile walk uphill and then back down, climbed 1550 ft up)

    Hey I'm new to this website and I'm sure it's written somewhere but I just cant find it... What is the 24 hour challenge?

    I assume it's when you try to clock in 24 hours of work out in a month's time. Are there specific types of exercises that don't count? Either way it' 12:30 where I am and I just completed 20 minutes of in-house cardio.... so I guess I've got 1420 to go.... :)
