i normally weigh myself every Friday and every Monday. I only record the Monday weigh in on mfp. the Friday weigh in lets me know whether I can have a lenient weekend or still be strict on myself to hit my Monday goal.

Hi i'm getting married in July and looking to lose just over 30lbs. Already bought my dress only tried it on once and it almost fit at that time (though was only about 6 weeks after I gave birth!!) haven't arranged my next fitting yet! the pressure is on!

It should be around 8 8oz glasses which works out to be just under 3 bottles. I also use a bottle and worked it out that way!

I normally do mine in the morning. I find it gets me set up for the day. Being on maternity makes it easier my son is happy to amuse himself first thing in the morning so gives me an hour to get a quick burn in! When I go back to work i'm not sure how i'm going to fit it in. Will probably go to the evening when my son's in…

Yes January seems to be the time people would start again! I also have bought my dress (due to the shop having a sale) though not had any proper fittings yet but intend to be down to a good size before my first fitting. We can all do it!
