    Started my fitness pal about a month ago. Before that I lost 42 pounds on weight watchers. I was kinda tired of paying for something that you can get for free on my fitness pal.
    I'm going away on vacation at the end of March and have a bet going with my husband, sister and brother-in-law that whoever does not reach their goal weight has to wear a stupid hat the whole first day of vacation. I am NOT going to be that person! My goal for vacation was to lose 20 pounds I'm already 5 down from starting that. Here's hoping and working really hard to meet this goal!     Ok, I'm gonna play! I just started using MFP and have already lost 4lbs in January (started 2 wks ago). I have a long way to go, but am determined to NOT have the doc label me diabetic. So here goes:

    Ugh the weather lol. I do live in Texas but our mornings we have been getting down into the 20's so it does affect my morning walks (as I walk at 5am). But I have been staying busy with good old cadio DVD's :-)
