I'm in too. I did a 5lb challenge in Jan and achieved it, so I'd love to emulate my success!
I'll weigh in tomorrow and give my stats, and then every Friday thereafter, which will take me nicely to the last day of Feb.

For Fun: What has been the most interesting part of the weather for you and how does it affect your ability to exercise?
We have a quite a bit of ice and single digit and below freezing temps...so, I walk inside on treadmill! It is hard when it is so cold...our only source of heat is a wood stove...walking on the treadmill keeps me warm!0 -

I can't say the weather affects my ability to work out. I work out in my home, and I live in Los Angeles. So I'm pretty much set whichever way I go! :-)0 -

I'll weigh on the 1st.
In Alberta, and we have had a lot, a lot, of snow. We had warm weather which only melted some of the snow, and then it got cold again; therefore, now we are dealing with very icy pavements and roads. Very hard to get walk safely. I have noticed my walking had been cut down considerably because of the conditions. Waiting, and waiting for Spring!

Northern Colorado has a habit of being absolutely fabulous one day, and a complete disaster the next! I tend to stick to the gym for the winter months. There is no way I'm going to be out on a bike with ice and snow and winter drivers! I do spinning classes and strength training at the gym, and some strength training at home with free weights. I've been working on my plank the last month - not so awesome. I know if I don't keep up the pace in the winter months - whatever it takes - then I won't be ready to hit the road in the Spring (when it finally gets here!)0 -
