    I was hoping for more progress in January. Logged faithfully and stayed within my range every day but one, however I was sick and did not meet my exercise goals. Here's hoping February is better!

    I'm IN! First Group Join. I am also looking for friends that log everyday, not very motivating seeing the same 3 ppl on my homepage everyday. Will weigh in on Saturday and log weights. A Five-Pound-February would be AWESOME!

    The weather has been crazy here. I took advantage of the 50+ degree Sunday afternoon (dropped to zero by night) and went on a 4.3 run/walk with my dog! Can't wait to run outside this spring! I have been experimenting with new classes in these frigid temps - tried TRX, aerial yoga, rowing, HIIT...it has been fun to get out of my comfort zone and I am seeing results :)

    I'm in because I did January's group and lost 5.5lbs in a month for the first time ever!!! Hoping this is my good luck charm :)

    I'll log again on Saturday with my starting weight/goal weight details.

    I'm a member of a gym (2 actually) so luckily the weather hasn't effected me much at all with regards to exercise. My dog doesn't get the epic 2 hour walks he's used to though - 1 hour is all I can handle out in the rain!!!!
