Added you.

You can do this!! I know how daunting it can seem at first, been there myself. Once you change your lifestyle and learn what works best for you it becomes second nature.
-
Congrats on your 14 pounds! Slow and steady wins the race. I've learned this myself

There were a couple of people close, but not very many women are as tall as me. Age:33 Height: 6' SW:260 CW:198 GW:160 (not set on this for sure) If you're close send me a friend request and include twin in the message.

I'm 33 and have been here close to a year. I've lost 56 pounds so far and hope to lose another 25-30. Feel free to add me, just drop a little note so I know where you found me.

Hi! I'm 33 and live in KY. I'm also looking for some more friends. Feel free to add me, please drop a note where you found me.

I'm 6'0" tall and started out as a size 20, and that was a year ago. I'm now in a size 14 and probably going to have to go buy some new jeans soon. It can be done! I never thought I'd get below a 16 but when I did it was such a feeling of achievement.
-
You look fabulous! The jeans are super cute, and your booty makes them look good.
-
Well said!

First off, don't depend on other people to tell you how you look! I've lost close to 60 pounds and I look like a totally different person and there's people who haven't said a word. Some people feel awkward mentioning it. I suggest taking pictures of yourself weekly and use them to compare your progress. I still look in…

I've noticed the "general public" seems nicer now that I'm smaller, people smile more and talk. My desk chair that was too tight is now way too big. I have to agree with a few other people on being told that I don't need to lose more weight. It really rubs me wrong, and it's nobody's business.

I bought my Under Armour bra at a local sporting good store. It's the compression type and was worth every single cent, they're around 65.00 but will last for a long time. You can find them wherever Under Armour is sold.

My arms are looking awesome, I love the muscles that are appearing.
-
I love my Polar FT7 and I got it off amazon, and I believe it was around 62.00. I know th exact same model sells at a local sporting store for double that. It has been my best purchase besides my gym membership in losing weight.

I skimmed over some of the posts in here, and there's some good advice. The first thing I saw that might help you is to not watch tv while you eat. You need to focus on chewing and tasting your food and being in tune to what your body is doing. You said you like to sit down with a bag of chips, I'd definitely break that…

No I don't drink diet anything it gives me stomach cramps, and severe headaches. Sometimes I wish I could have one for the fizz. I'll just stick to water and occasional sweet tea.
-
I'm having the opposite effects, lighter and hardly any cramps. I'm wondering if it has to do with my regular exercise routine.
-
You look absolutely amazing as well as healthy! I know you had to work extremely hard and put so much effort to get to this point. I'm 6ft tall and have dealt with people commenting about my goal weight. People have no clue, so just ignore the ignorance and relish in how great of a job you did! Congratulations on your life…

I'm trying to get mine to join the gym with me, I rally need a spotter plus he needs to workout. No luck yet!
-
I'm 6ft. I can relate to the tall girl problems. If any of you tall women would like to add me feel free, just drop a note where you found me.
-
I'm so excited for you! It's so great to finally notice the change for ourselves. People can tell you but it doesn't really sink in until its from your own eyes. I know you're working hard and I'm glad to be a part of your journey! Keep it up
-
You look awesome! The best part is you're strong, and healthy! I'm headed to Instagram to follow you.

I don't know why you should stop unless your Doctor instructed you otherwise. I can start a workout with knock down cramps and they go away, even better than taking pain meds. As far as feeling gross/weird take a shower before and after if its that big of a problem.
-
No time frame for me, this is a journey not a short term sprint. Once I lose all my weight I have to maintain so it will be a lifetime of eating healthy and fitness.

Sending out a big hello to all my fellow Kentuckians! I'm in Paducah

I personally don't have cheat days but we're all different! I don't want to undo all the hard work I've done all week by eating what I want in one day. If I want something I'll eat it, then I go and workout! It makes me think twice about eating junk. I'm sure this will be brought up, but 1200 calories a day is very low,…

To the original poster...I know for a fact that your eating choices have an impact! I lost 50 pounds 3 years ago on crappy foods, it took me over a year to do it and I was always hungry! I had soda, sugar-free junk, and anything that said low cal/fat. I gained 30 of those pounds back and decided to change my life for the…

Oh my, I didn't realize it would edit that word out....Must be considered dirty! I wasn't cussing or being gross.

I started wearing Under Armour tank tops and love them, but they do hug every square inch. I have a large bust and they work perfect for me, I also like that it wicks away the sweat and helps keep me cooler. I bought them at ****s sporting goods, but I'm sure they're sold elsewhere.

I'm enjoying this journey, and the BBQ grill is my go to place for cooking healthy! I agree with working out extra if you went overboard with eating.
