I would suggest that you try water aerobics, they are not hard on the joints and the benefit is great. There is always a way and I hope you will try it and succeed. Blessings.:flowerforyou:

Good for you!! Keep up the battle, it can be won. I am also on this journey and started on Feb 18, 2013. So far I have been averaging 2 lbs per week and I am happy with that. It seems that men lose quicker than the ladies. Stay focused.

Hi there, I am also 5' tall. I've been struggling with my weight for years. I have just signed on to myfitnesspal and am encouraged by the success of so many people.
