    I am Canadian but I dont live there ....I love MFP and glad that I decided to come back after I let tragic things and life in general get in the way ,, I lost 78lbs back in 09/2010 but gained everything back and then some but I came back Jan, 25th of this year and havent missed a day :bigsmile:

    I hail from Grande Prairie, AB.... and ^^This^^ is earily similar to my story... I'm back and determined to take it off 80lb again.... this time not regress! Anyone can add me.
