I started my journey on 19th April 2011 weighing 22 1/2 stone (315lb). I was actually heavier than that previously.
I joined Slimming World and haven't looked back.
it took me 14 months to lose 141lb and I maintained for 6 1/2 months. I am now aiming to lose the last few pounds to lose exactly HALF of my body weight I hope to be there in a month!!
I blog ( my site is www.fatflutterby.blogspot.com) and I have done since i lost the first 40lb. it helps me keep in check and helps to inspire others!
