I started my journey on 19th April 2011 weighing 22 1/2 stone (315lb). I was actually heavier than that previously.
I joined Slimming World and haven't looked back.

it took me 14 months to lose 141lb and I maintained for 6 1/2 months. I am now aiming to lose the last few pounds to lose exactly HALF of my body weight :) I hope to be there in a month!!

I blog ( my site is www.fatflutterby.blogspot.com) and I have done since i lost the first 40lb. it helps me keep in check and helps to inspire others!

    Slimming World! it's a bit like weight watchers but less restrictive- really popular here in the UK- they have set up groups and online membership in the US/Canada too :)
