Fitbit wants me to eat 2400 calories today when all I did was walk 10,000 steps. I find that hardely accurate for a 5'7 245lb woman trying to lose 2 lbs a week....

have to go into your apps and settings and check off negative calorie adjustment. I just had to do it.

Thanks everyone for your input. I am planning on adjusting my calories this week and focusing on staying under on those days that im not drinking. I have no problem not drinking through the week but when I do drink. I do it to get drunk. That's what I am. a binge drinker and I know it. I actually cut myself back to two…

I drink a large mug of tea in the morning with coconut oil and heavy cream and then I fry up 4 pieces of bacon and eat while im preparing my lunch for the day. The tea and bacon keep me filled until lunch time and its quick and easy.

I love this cheesecake pudding I make for my sweet tooth. Its 1 cup heavy cream, 1 package cream cheese and a cup of sour cream. Whip the cream, add the other ingrediants. I then had a sugar free flavor like salted caramel for extra flavoring or a dab of sugar free jelly. DELICIOUS! Its logged as my dinner tonight!

Yes I def do not wish to repeat the after effects of my carb binge again!

HAHA GREAT SONG! Totally made my day! Thank you! I drank my tea with coconut oil and whipping cream this morning with my 4 slices of bacon. I packed some hot sausage with peppers and onions in butter and mozzarella cheese for lunch and packed a nice steak with romaine lettuce and blue cheese dressing for dinner tonight ( I…

I started LCHF in the beginning of November. I stopped around Christmas time and then got back on track the first of the new year. I do enjoy the WOE and feel great on it when I am sticking to it. Just amazes me how crappy I felt after just a few meals of high carbs.
-
Totally Inspirational! Thank you!

My name is Natasha and I am a "newbie" to LCHF. I'm a 28 year old woman. I've yo-yo dieted all my life. My lowest adult weight being 180 my freshman summer of college when I couldn't drink alcohol legally yet. HAHA Alcohol is def my weakness when it comes to dieting. Id be a skinny Minnie for sure if I didn't drink booze!…

I sense that you think im an idiot. Thank you for your help though. Right now my macros for the week are 10% Carbs 60% Fat 30% Protein Which I realize are not where I want them to be,as I want them to be 5% Carbs, 80% Fat and 15% Protein but when transitioning from always eating a high protein, low fat diet I think im…

Any other ideas for breakfast that I can eat on the go? I do the shakes in the morning because im not a morning person and don't like to eat right away so I get up make my shake pop it in the freezer for a bit and then I get ready and on my way to work I drink my shake. Its easy and keeps me full. I am googling "fat bombs"…

I have NEVER tried Low Carb I have always done high protein, low fat diets with still eating vegetables, bread, pasta and potatoes. I can never meet my calorie allowance without still feeling hungry and restricted at the end of the day.
-
30lbs is a starting goal for me, that will put me at 200lbs if I lose that. Obviously that is still not the ultimate goal as I should be around 165 for my height so I put 30lbs because that is the first goal I want to achieve.

I am eating healthy carbs such as leafy green salads and vegetables. The carbs I am cutting out are bread, pasta, skim milk, and potatoes.

This is def not my first week on MFP. I have been doing different things such as high protein, low fat diets off and on for the last several years. I will lose around .5-1.0 a week and then I will give up after 3 months because im not seeing the results I want and feeling restricted. Generally only losing around 15 lbs.…

Thanks for the input guys! It def is an adjustment to everything ive been taught my whole life about dieting. I love vegetables so I find it hard to give them up. I also have been drinking a protein shake every morning for the last year because it is simple and quick and easy for me in the mornings. I don't have time to…
-
Why do you say its restrictive? So far I've felt very full all day. I always drink a protein shake in the morning. Ive been doing that for over a year.

I usually get hammered drunk once a week. That usually consists of 8-10 beers and 6-8 jager bombs. I just put it in my diary for the week and try and cut down a few hundred during the week on other days so it generally works its self out on a weekly average. Just don't weigh yourself 2-3 days after a binge lol its kinda…
