CHARGE HR no sync yesterday
Yesterday I worked hard and got my 10,000 steps in but it never synced on MFP. Makes me mad cuz I want to know my adjustments because of excess drinking and eating on New Years Eve. Now today I can see it on my phone that it is tracking my steps on MFP but what do I do about yesterday?

Fell off the wagon.

Gotta keep myself motivated
So its been a little over 5 wks since i started trying to lose some weight again. I weighed in today -11 lbs. I averaged it out to be 2.2 lbs a week which i know is normal and appropriate weight loss to keep it off long term but man it just seems like such a slow progress.
