That's awesome!! I'm doing Jillian Michaels body rev and I love the capris she wears in those, too :) I have a pair, but mine are MUCH baggier than hers, lol. Not ready for the skin tight look just yet.

Yes those calculators were VERY wrong! Which is what I assumed. I didn't think there was any way my body fat was less than 50%, much less that low. The calculator from the US Navy seemed to be much more accurate.

I'm 5'4 and I'll be 27 in May. I started with my calories around 1310 but hardly ever ate all of them. I usually stuck right around 1200. I would start measuring yourself instead of just relying on the scale! Inches matter more than pounds anyway! As far as the scale not moving but your stomach is, that will have a lot to do with what kind of workouts you are doing and if you are also building fat. Muscle takes up less space than fat of the same weight :)

Thanks so much! I didn't realize the cardio stayed the same at 3/4 (ah curse that Running Man!!) guess I didn't pay too much attention. Maybe I will try the 3/4 ones then and see what I can do!
