Oh yes I love the outdoors! But it's hot here where I live so treadmill is the best option for me, especially with my 2 kiddos.

I don't use a scale to weigh my solids. I just basically count my calories throughout the day and stay within my calorie deficit. My day pretty much consist of eating about 1300 calories and I'll have about 300 exercise calories, that I don't eat back.

I count calories but I don't ever measure. I have not adjusted calories, no. Calorie goal is 1400, I have about 60 more pounds to lose and I've been stalled about 2 weeks I guess. No I never eat back my exercise calories.

It does take time that's for sure! When I first started it seemed like that first 5 lbs would not come off! I'm now down 15 but it has taken a lot of patience. I log everything, I drink lots of water, and I do about 30 min of aerobics everyday. Whenever I first started it said I could have 1600 calories, to me I thought…

Ugh yes sodium intake is horrible! I just need my husband to hide the scale lol! I obsess to much over it. But as long as I'm losing inches and my clothes are getting loose I guess that's all that matters.

I'm with ya here girl! It is hard, I usually get a little break in the evening when hubby gets home. Or on the weekends I may go to town to get outta the house for a little bit. I'm not a morning person but I know exercising in the morning would help and would boost your mood for the rest of the day.
