Silly question but....Do I really need to worry about the scale if I'm losing inches? I don't see how it's possible really...just thinkin out loud here lol

Why worry? I do weigh myself every morning just to see the patterns and trends on my weight. If I ended up consuming too much sodium the night before when I get on the scale and see that .4 increase I know the reason why. Weighing myself keeps me accountable, and I like to see the changes showing up on the scale. However, you don't have to weigh yourself daily at all you can even do it monthly. The scale is nothing to dread, and if you don't want to use it at all that's your choice. Best of luck!

Ugh yes sodium intake is horrible! I just need my husband to hide the scale lol! I obsess to much over it. But as long as I'm losing inches and my clothes are getting loose I guess that's all that matters.
