Treadmill for beginners
Hi everyone! So I'm just starting back at getting exercise back into my daily routine. I have a treadmill which will be easy on my joints for now, since I'm pretty heavy. I was just curious if anyone has lost a good amount of weight by walking on the treadmill?? I plan to add other types of exercise in the future of coarse.

Plateau??
Ok MFP friends I have a question?? I've lost 15 pounds and it seems that I'm at a standstill....could it be a plateau already??

Anyone noticed yet???
So I've lost 15 pounds in about 7 weeks but nobody has noticed! My starting weight was 261 and my current is 246. So I know my size has a lot to do with it. I can see a diff in my clothes, but it's just hard not to get discouraged. Anyone else experienced this??

Scale Issue
Silly question but....Do I really need to worry about the scale if I'm losing inches? I don't see how it's possible really...just thinkin out loud here lol

21 day fix
Hi guys and gals! I was wondering if anyone has tried the 21 day fix workout DVDs and had any success?? I'm not really into doing the containers and all that, just the workout DVDs and clean eating.

Geez! I just finished doing Autumn Calabrese's 21 day fix dvd and wow is all I gotta say! I sure hope I see results at the end of my 21 days or I'm in trouble!

Need help with calorie adjustment
Hi everyone! I need some help trying to determine how many calories I should be consuming a day??.. Right now I'm consuming 1400 a day with 30 min of cardio. I don't eat back my exercise calories. Im looking to lose at least 1.5 or 2 pounds a week! Thanx for any feedback!!
