I get this all the time from my Parents and 'older' family members. I had to show them that the studies for my height and weight were even lower than where I was. Now they have accepted it, but they still say having a dessert or treat is ok - I just like my diet and save the calories for beer. :) awesome job btw. keep it…

Set a major goal, but also remember to set small goals. like drink a little more water each day., or be in bed and get 8 hours sleep each night. once you've hit those goals, they actually become a part of your new lifestyle. I still set major and minor goals all the time. good luck!
