Saw this picture of Craig David and his new body that everyone seems to be talking about and wondered what peoples views on here were. Do you think he has taken it too far?

    For a second, I thought Craig David was your profile pic. I had no idea Craig David looked like this now. Can someone tell me if it's normal for the upper abs to look that way?

    Wow his face looks incredibly gaunt. While I respect the hard work and dedication it takes to get a physique like his, I do think it's a bit much.

    That's way too far, we need body fat for something, just not too much... Anyway his legs look like stilts...

    yah... bit too low on the body fat, but well done thats not easy to achieve.

    here's another shot, its a nicer one than that once, maybe before his body fat got so low.
