Maybe try exercising half hour before eating breakfast then exercise an hour after breakfast. Lower carb intake.

To get an accurate result u need to get a body fat percentage scan done which u can get done at gyms depending on whre u live. I got one done at at gym where i live (australia) when i was 60kg and my body fat at the time was 15%

Weigh urself only on ur scales. If the scales are digital it isnt gunna b 100% accurate anyways.

I started the atkins diet its mainly lean meats and good fats and oils start with. My calories equal up to almost 1200, my protein intake is like 80, my carb intake is like 20-25. I only have done one day so i dont know if ive lost any weight yet. I ate 3 meals and 2 atkins low carb snack bars.

Bmi isnt really accurate. I had a fitness trainer who has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry explain to me that a guy can have a body fat percentage of 10 but can still have a bmi of 30. If u Are worried about ur sugar intake Stick to natural sugars dont eat added sugars. Natural sugars are in fruits and vegies , organic honey etc but If u are diabetic stay away from bananas.

Reduce ur carb intake.Also those beach body workouts tend to make.u gain muscle. I did the insanity one and put on weight which was actually muscle.

I wouldnt worry to much about natural sugars. U dont have to cut the honey out u just reduce how much u have like half the serving size. Also cut out bananas if u are really worried as bananas have a lot of sugar even tho its natural its not healthy to eat alot of bananas esp if u have diabetes.

As we age our metabolisms change..it is harder to lose weight at ur age than at mine Try eating foods that will help boost ur metabolism, like for example goji berries , green tea , acai berries, coconut oil etc. See if it helps.

Your calorie intake is ok... some tips with dieting is to not eat high carb foods at night only eat vegies salad and lean meat like chicken fish or lean red meat. Its better to stock up on carbs during the day as you burn them during the day not at night. Dont eat after 7pm and dont eat 3 hours before bed..drink heaps of…
