Nexus 7.2 Awesome, love it Runs android $250 Get one : ) Its not too big/small and it's easy to understand. I found the price very reasonable. Only downside was when I had bought it there was no case/cover yet so I had to buy one online. But I'm sure they've come out with one by now.

Apples or carrots. I would maybe have one or two apples before I'm full, and carrots are just low calories and probably couldn't eat enough to blow you way over calorie budget before getting full. Plus they are packed with vitamins and such.

I like to eat my food fast and in order of: veg, starch and then protein. Spoons all the way. I crush my ramen noodles before preparing it. Did it pick up your heart rate the whole time? Sometimes, like when I sit down and slouch, my HRM can't read my heart rate. It could then be giving an off reading. -good luck! : )

Eating canned tuna and cottage cheese help me a lot. Sometimes I even mix 'em together! Greek yogurt is higher in protein than regular yogurt but I personally don't like it. Try mixing protein powder into oatmeal, yogurt etc. Make a peanut butter sandwich but mix the protein powder with the peanut butter? Best of luck!

Negative! I'm diabetic and that doesn't happen. If it were to spike insulin, my blood sugar would be through the roof by now (because I can't produce insulin so my blood sugar should just go up and up...) Where did you read that information?

Not sure what your daily life is like, but why don't you just get a job and pay for your own. Do you go to school? Maybe just work part-time.

I got to bed between 3am-5am and wake up at 2pm for work. I work night shifts so when I finish work I head to the gym around 1 or 2 am and then it's off to bed a few hours later.
