Exercise 20 min. or less doesn't count, 'cause your body doesn't start to burn calories before you have exercised for 20 min. Doesn't make any sense at all!

That is just stupid! Your body can not burn 10 pounds of fat in 3 days. Yes, you can lose a lot of water weight (don't know exactly how much), but guess what; you get it right back again as soon as you drink something.

I totally understand you. The few Canadians I've met have never used the term "European" to describe my nationality. "American" is the proper word to refer to a citizen of the United States of America. But it seems like not all Americans understand that... :laugh:
